We aim to keep product descriptions, ingredient information, prices and availability accurate. However, minor errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct information, update content or cancel an affected order where necessary.

Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded where applicable.

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees and include or exclude taxes as indicated during checkout. Shipping charges, discounts and promotional terms will be displayed before purchase.

Promotional codes and offers:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash and may have expiry dates
• May be limited to selected products or customers
• Cannot be combined unless expressly stated
• May be withdrawn in case of misuse or error

All website content, including the Zenovita name, logo, product names, text, artwork, graphics, photography, videos and design elements, belongs to Zenovita or its licensors. It may not be reproduced, copied, altered or used commercially without written permission.

Where customers submit reviews, photographs or comments, they confirm that:

• The content is genuine and lawful and they have the right to share it
• It does not infringe third-party rights
• It does not contain misleading, abusive or prohibited material

Zenovita may remove content that violates these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Zenovita is not responsible for use contrary to label instructions, individual sensitivities, interactions with medication, reliance on website content as medical advice, or indirect losses caused by courier disruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
